Does GecckoProof replace Geccko training? ▾
No — and it doesn't need to. The mandatory child safety training must be completed in Geccko (the Australian Government's platform). GecckoProof is the management layer on top: it tracks who has completed their Geccko training, stores their certificates, and gives you proof for the regulator.
Does this work for all NQF service types? ▾
Yes. Long day care, family day care, OSHC, preschool/kindergarten — if you're regulated under the NQF and your staff need Geccko training, GecckoProof works for you.
What does "unlimited staff" mean? ▾
There are no per-seat charges. Whether you have 5 staff or 50, the price is $29/month. Add educators, admin staff, volunteers, students, cooks — everyone who needs Geccko training tracked.
How do staff upload their certificates? ▾
Each staff member gets a personal upload link (no login required). They complete their Geccko training, download their PDF certificate, and upload it via their link. The dashboard updates immediately. It takes under a minute.
What about the Advanced modules coming in July 2026? ▾
GecckoProof tracks both Foundation and Advanced training. When the Advanced modules launch in July 2026, we'll add an Advanced tracking column to the dashboard automatically. No extra cost.
What about the 2-year renewal requirement? ▾
GecckoProof calculates each person's renewal date from their completion date and sends automatic reminders at 60 days and 14 days before expiry. You'll never have a certificate lapse unnoticed.
Is certificate data stored securely? ▾
Yes. Certificates are stored in a secure, private Supabase storage bucket. Files are only accessible to the director of that service — not publicly accessible.
I run multiple services — do I need multiple accounts? ▾
Each service is $29/month and has its own dashboard. If you manage 3 services, that's $87/month total — still very affordable. A multi-service overview view is on our roadmap.
